The Sweltering Heat

Roads have been melting in parts of England as the heatwave across most of the country continues.

BBC NEWS | UK | England | Roads melt as temperatures soar

Man, it is seriously hot here.  Perhaps it noticeable because it isn't normally so hot, and we don't have air conditioning.  Tomorrow it's predicted to be 36C (97F), and right now, at 10:30pm it's 25C (77F).  Sleeping is difficult.  Still, in a week it'll be cold again and everyone will be complaining about how it's never summer here.  You can't win, eh?

Well, spare a thought for those using the Underground in London, where temperatures were reportedly as high as 47C (117F) yesterday.
